Church leaders gather around Anniversary cake

By ICH Staff

For a local church to reach 17 years of continuous, fruitful ministry is a milestone worthy of lavish celebration. And that’s exactly what the leaders and members of the INTERNATIONAL CENTER HERZLIYA (ICH) did when they celebrated their 17th Anniversary on October 26, 2013.

The Lord fulfilled their declaration-theme, “God Inhabits the Praises of His People” (Psalm 22:3) as He enthroned Himself in the majesty of their worship through songs and dances that included the Dance Ministers of Emmanuel Christian Fellowship.

In his powerful message from Exodus 19: 5-6, ICH Overseer Pastor Peter Tsukahira, Pastor of Carmel Assembly in Haifa, emphasized that as part of the “kingdom of priests and a holy nation,” God has given followers of Christ a great purpose and destiny which He is fulfilling.

Pastors and leaders of other churches in Herzliya and Tel Aviv came and participated in the program: Pastor Ruby Austria Role exhorted on the Theme, Pastor Chidi Ojubuono prayed for Israel while Bishop Jovie Galaraga, Pastors Emy Oliveros, Bhing Bernabe, Aloma Delima, Letty Cabrera, Nellinda Puducay and Lydia Aclo led in declaring blessings to the ICH congregation.

ICH started as a house Bible study group and grew to become a church reaching out to Filipinos and other nationalities in Herzliya. It has been shepherded by several gifted and able pastors.

Presently it is led by its Head and Resident Pastor, Ma. Eden Ibarra. Assisting her are Associate Pastors Jonathan Ibarra and Hilarion Parico. ICH leaders include Rowena Flores, Secretary; Kathy Viray, Asst. Secretary; Nehemaida Sembrano, Treasurer; and Ligaya Laderas, Auditor. Board members are Odessa Capistrano, Elisa Santiago and Luzviminda Najera.

The Vision of ICH is to fulfill the ingathering of believers in various nations and for them to experience the power of the Holy Spirit, living and serving in truth, in holiness and in righteousness, that they will be witness to both Jews and Gentiles. (Acts 1:8)

Its Mission is to bring all believers together – united in the presence of God, growing, maturing, flourishing, and fulfilling the Lord’s Great Commission in Matthew 28: 18-20.
