As KAMPI continues its journey on its 6th year of existence as an organization, tightening the bond as one family as years pass by, they had their induction of new set of officers last Nov. 1 at Zeze Dance Club, No. 3 Hacharash St., Ramat Hasharon, led again by the ever-glamorous Ms. Herminia Ocampo who is already on her 3rd term as President.
And because it’s Halloween everybody came in their own personal choice of scary costume that added extra spice to the occasion. Drinks were unlimited and enjoyed by everyone especially the Indian community who came to show their full support to the KAMPI Family as their friends.
Philippine Ambassador to Israel His Excellency Generoso D.G. Calonge honored the event and inducted the new set of KAMPI officers for the year 2013.

KAMPI Founder Mr. Joey Solis’ wife, Mrs. Evangeline Solis, a significant woman in KAMPI Family, was also given a surprise birthday party. A woman loved not only by her KAMPI family but also by the Filipino Community in Israel, she made her wish and blew the candles on her cake.
A nonstop disco program followed where everyone shook their booties in the dance floor until dawn. It was a night full of loud music, thunderous laughter and happy people.
A message from the dashing and unbeatable KAMPI President Ms. Herminia Ocampo…
“KAMPI’s HALLOWEEN and INDUCTION bash was indeed a blast. It turned out to be the happiest party I have ever attended. I’m saying this not because I am the one leading the group but because the party itself spoke it all. Almost everyone enjoyed all night long ’till they saw the sunlight but the DJ unfortunately surrendered (poor boy). Sweaty bodies moved on the dance floor to the max, hands were all in the air like no one cared, unlimited drinks totally drowning each of us (except Kampi founder Mr. Joey Solis because he was sick for the last few days, uhmm, he’s giving way to his health)… a free world was all we’ve got and I’m sure everybody enjoyed and had soooo much fun.
Just like what I’ve said, the success of every event depends solely to the crowd we have, that’s why I’d like to express on behalf of my group Kampi, my gratitude to all of you who have found time to be with us and graced our one-of-a-hell fun party. Special thanks to our Ambassador HE Generoso Calonge for being so cool and patient in facing the crowd and of course for being our guest of honor and Inducting Officer as well. To our Cultural Attaché Ma’am Tess Reyes together with her friends and some of our embassy staffs, you are rare! Thank you for your endearing support! Special acknowledgement goes to Dr. Deby Babis and all my close friends and acquaintances, the Indian, Chinese and Vietnamese communities, Filcom organizations (you know who you are) and FFCI.
To my KAMPI Family let’s say together with pride ‘YES, WE DIT IT AGAIN!’ Congratulations KAMPI!!!”
