The Mega Successful VisMin Organization – Pinakurat Halloween Horror Night

Last November 3, 2012, OFWs in the Holy Land whose origins came from various parts of Visayas and Mindanao once again came in full force together with friends and Israeli guests at the Asteria Club, No. 51 Salame St., Tel Aviv for a Halloween Party which they called “PINAKURAT Halloween Horror Night.”

It was a bizarre event. The place was easily filled with people wearing fancy and creepy Halloween costumes. Everyone enjoyed the superb venue as they danced and laughed all-night long.

As usual VisMin showed again that they are a great host by ensuring everybody, most especially the guests, are well entertained. Every guest was treated with a free picture by the VisMin official photographer of the night.

Ms. Marivic Lagalit, a VisMin member, celebrated her birthday and was surprised by her fellow kababayans as she was given a special part in that night. She was warmly greeted by all, made her blow her cake and say her wish.

The most exciting part of the program was the search for Best in Halloween Costume. Every contestant was given a chance to ramp while the bar manager made it more fascinating by lighting the floor with fire. Ms. Els Caval took home the prize and the title VisMin’s Best in Halloween Costume of the night.

The mega successful event wouldn’t be possible without the efforts of the VisMin officers for the year 2012-2013.
